1. What are the benefits for a real estate agent of subscribing to highprofiles.co.nz?

  • Every agent can advertise their profile on any apartment building which they have knowledge of, this means that even if they don’t have any current listings in a particular building they can still be getting exposure.
  • Increase google rankings and traffic to your own industry websites or personal websites by linking your apartment listings from highprofiles.co.nz back to them.
  • Order high quality digital photography for display on any website or use in any real estate magazine or advertising. (Back to top)

2. What makes high-profiles different to other real estate websites?

High-profiles provides highly detailed information on every apartment building and their environment, not just the individual apartments within them, and not just the ones which happen to be on sale or for rent at that time. Information we provide for every apartment:

  • Floor area in sqm (minus any decks or balconies etc…)
  • Bedrooms
  • Bathrooms
  • Number of carparks
  • Photos (if purchased)
  • Aspect
  • Position within building plan
  • Average rents
  • Floorplans can be displayed if provided by owner or agent.

Information we provide for every apartment building:

  • Exterior Photography
  • Interior Photography where possible
  • 360 panorama of street view
  • Position within Google maps
  • Nearby amenities such as a park or harbour
  • Building plans
  • Description of buildings provided by real estate agents
  • Building rents provided by real estate agents
  • School zones

3. How much does it cost?

$99 + gst per year = $111 incl

4. How do I order photography for an apartment?

To request high quality digital photography of your apartment simply locate your apartment on the Highprofile.co.nz website.

When you select your apartment number you will see a floorplan of the building with your apartment highlighted in blue, on the left side of this plan you will notice a “Register this Apartment” button, Click this and follow the instructions provided.

5. How do I add my agent profile to an apartment?

To have your profile displayed on an apartment building we require you to have some knowledge of it first. We will ask you for the rents for each type of apartment in the building and a description.

  • Step 1: Log in
  • Step 2: Locate the building on the site.
  • Step 3: Below the building information you will notice a prompt to add your profile. You can’t miss it!

6. How is the advertising distributed between agents who advertise on the same apartment building?

The agents who have registered their profile for a particular building will receive an equal ‘share of voice’. Eg: If only two agents have a profile on a certain building then they will each receive a 50% share of voice.

7. Why is it important for me to enter rental information for each of my building profiles when there is already rental information set as default?

Current market rents are an important part of our site so we think this information is best provided by agents who have their finger on the pulse. The default information will be overridden by what you enter and is only there as a guide.

8. How do real estate agents get benefit from contributing sale and rental data?

Highprofiles is a content rich interactive media website that at its core is based around the open access to publicly held data.

We want to engage our users to keep them coming back; our focus going forward is to introduce step-by-step features which get people interacting with each other.

Our aim when you subscribe to our site is to put you and your listings in front of the right people.

So how do we organically grow your client base and keep you in touch with your past clients, even when they are not ‘in the market’?

We provide what apartment hunters and vendors want by giving them sale and rental data but also reward the agent who submitted the data by marketing their profiles and listings to those specific people.

Every piece of sale or rental data which an agent provides to highprofiles is permanently registered against their name and is of direct benefit to them every time a user requests information on a building.

The more an agent contributes to the site, the bigger their presence becomes.

When a user subscribes to receive  sale and/or rental data on a particular apartment building we then email them the data you provided plus your profiles and current listings. An agent can get further benefit by including their twitter and blog addresses.

Why would highprofile users want the sale and rental data?

Existing apartment owners will be very keen to keep an eye on how other apartments are selling and renting in their building.

Our system gives agents an excellent opportunity to passively market to existing owners without being ‘in their face’ so when it comes time to sell the agent will be the first person they call.

Active buyers are also interested in this information because they can feel assured that they are getting an accurate and independent rental valuation, and because of the nature of apartments there can be big differences in valuation. Eg: a One bedroom apartment can vary in value depending on the direction it faces, the level it is on, available light, size, and whether it has a car park or not.

Basically we can compare apples with apples.

Renters too can have the benefit of comparing apples with apples through the use of our floor plans and rental data.
